Meet the Cornerstone Elders

The elder team is the governing body of the church. These men strive to exemplify a Christ-centered life. They have the overall responsibility to ensure that the church remains consistent with its mission and that our church family is shepherded well. The elder team has final authority in the church for matters related to:

• Hiring/firing staff, evaluating lead pastor's performance, ensuring that staff are fairly compensated and cared for.
• Approval of financial budgets.
• Approval of major new programs.
• Handling church discipline as needed.
