Jesus' Last Week

The last week that Jesus walked the earth before his crucifixion is referred to as Holy Week.  This week is the climax of his earthly ministry with its apex being the crucifixion and resurrection.  Jesus understood his purpose for coming to earth.  He came to offer himself to mankind and so at the right time he set his face toward Jerusalem knowing that his final week was upon him.  In this series we’ll look closely at what he said and what he did in this final week.  Fall in love with Jesus all over again as we pause to consider, think deeply upon, touch and behold our King!

    In the midst of an argument on which disciple was the greatest, Jesus humbly washes the disciple’s feet forever showing that true greatness is found in serving others.

    1.    Knowing our standing before God allows us to bend our knees to serve others.
