You cannot truly love someone until you really know them. Infatuation is desire attached to fantasy; love is desire tethered to reality. As we contemplate how awesome God truly is we begin to realize that nothing can compare to being in a relationship with Him.

Two reasons to think deeply on who God is:
1) In spite of the fact that we cannot know God exhaustively, we can know him truly.

Our Response
1. Reserve words like ‘awesome’ or ‘wonderful’ only for God and the things He does.
2. Slow down to notice things you might usually overlook and allow the wonder of God’s
creativity, beauty, greatness and wisdom to fill your hearts.
3. What problem or challenge do you need to see in light of God’s greatness?
