    The Fruit of Salvation

    Salvation is a gift offered through faith in Jesus alone.  It is also demonstrated in life-long discipleship, commitment to Jesus.  When we stray off the narrow road of discipleship, confession, repentance and obedience, by the Spirit's power, bring us back. The fruit of life with Jesus is transformation.

    Message Notes

    2 Corinthians 7:8-10
    1.  Those who truly have Jesus will increasingly walk as He did.  They will be drawn to stay on the narrow path of discipleship.

    2.  When Jesus' disciples sin, confession restores fellowship with God.  Failing to confess sin damages our relationship with God.
    1 John 1:9-2:2

    3.  Jesus' disciples are meant to be a community of confessors and intercessors who facilitate healing in one another.
    James 5:16
