Cornerstone’s Youth Ministry seeks to grow lifelong, passionate followers of Jesus (Col 2:6-7).

God blesses us with the tremendous opportunity to know Him and it is our heartfelt belief that when we openly encounter God as he is and place our faith in Jesus, our lives will be changed forever.  It is our hope that our youth would become Christians who are rooted in their faith, growing in their relationship with God, and impacting others for Christ.  The overall Youth Ministry serves teens from 6th grade through 12th grade.

• Our youth group, LIFE/FOCUS, usually meets every Saturday from 7:00-9:30 p.m. at the church office.  In a relaxed setting, we learn about walking with God, have fun together, and give God praise.  LIFE/FOCUS is for teens in 6th-12th grades, and it a great place to invite friends.

• On Sundays, we have two youth Sunday school classes, one for middle schoolers (6th-8th) and one for high schoolers (9th-11th), where we study God’s Word together – learning God’s story, discovering its relevance today, and growing in understanding of what Christians believe.

• On the first Sunday of every month, our youth help out in the Children’s (ROCK) Ministry, on a rotating basis, giving them a chance to serve and grow as leaders.  We also grow leaders through a team of student leaders within LIFE/FOCUS.
